Хоёрт, Улс төрийн намын тухай хууль, гуравт, Сонгуулийн тухай хуулийг баталсан. АН-ын ҮБХ-ны хуралдааны гол чиглэл бодлого энэ гурван хуулийн өөрчлөлт руу чиглэж явагдсан.
АН энэ удаагийн бодлогын өөрчлөлтөөрөө АН-ын хоёр дахь давлагааг эхлүүлж байгаа. Шинэ үеийн төлөөллүүд орж ирж байна. Манай анхдагчид 2024 оны сонгуулиар байр сууриа хоёр дахь үеийнхэндээ шилжүүлж байгаа шилжилтийн үе юм. Үүнийг манай нам ардчиллын дахин сэргэлтийн үе гэж нэрлэж байна. 1980, 1990 оныхон АН-ын удирдлагад шинээр орж ирж, бодлогын гол өөрчлөлт болно.

Энэ эргээд улс орны хөгжилд сөргөөр нөлөөлдгийг өнгөрсөн долоон жилийн туршлага харууллаа. Энэ дээрээ үндэслэн шийдвэрүүд гаргасан. Одоо та бүхэн шинэчлэгдэж байгаа шинэ АН-ын тухай ярих болно.
